informal letter to the victim of depression

                                                                                                 August 8, 2011.


Dear my friend,
          How are you my friend?I hope you are fine.Don't worry about depression that you face day by day.As human being,we have given a test by god.Every test we receive,we can solve because god only give a test that we can face.We must face the problem with courage and hardly.As we know,everyone have a problem and we cannot run from the problem.
         I am here are going to help you because long time ago I also live in depression but today the situation never same like before.My life get even better.The things you must to do now is to get the support from the people to help you to break out the chain of depression.I have some way to end this misery and help you to open a new book and I hope you using this way to solve your problem in depression.
        Firsly,you must have intention to change thinking about your life.You must always thinking positive public opinion because some people look at you negative.In this situation,you must let the people and do your work as what you want to do and take right decision.You must thinking first before do the matter.
       Then,the depression will decrease day by day.You must focus on building strong,relationship with family,friends.You can draw strength and joy from these things,and it is difficult to dwell on yourself when you are building with other.Recently,you must focus on staying active doing things you love.All you have in this life is time and what you do with it.Focus on your response,not event and outcomes.You cannot control what happen,but you can control what you do about it.What happen doesn't matter,all that matter is what you do.Your actions are the results of your thoughts and attitudes and those are your choice.
       However,you must focus on what you have,not what you've lost,or what you've never had at all.The positive resource state of gratitude is a powerful energy that helps us attract and create whatever we want.Focusing on what's missing is not the same as planning to acquire it.
       Lastly,you must strong to go on in your life and you don't scared because I will supported you from behind.I hope you can use ways that I have given to you and practise in your life and so that you will succes in your life and become make a good and succesful person in the world than other people.
